Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
At Tuck Them In, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we're happy to assist with a return, exchange, or refund—provided the request meets our eligibility criteria.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges – Within 7 Days of Delivery
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

All tags and labels are intact

The return request is raised through your Order Page on www.tuckthem.in

⚠ Please photograph any damage or defect as soon as you open the packaging.

📲 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Log in and go to your Order Page.

Click the ‘Return/Exchange’ button next to the relevant item.

Select a reason for the return and upload photos if required.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days with next steps.

📏 Size Exchange
Size exchanges are allowed for the same product only (same style/design in a different size).

Once your original item is received and passes our quality check:

A replacement will be shipped (subject to availability).

If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Exchanges cannot be made for a different print, style, or design.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Products purchased during sale or at discounted prices

Customised products or special/bulk orders

Products that have been used, washed, or returned without original tags/packaging

🧾 Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment under the following conditions:

The product meets all return eligibility criteria

The return passes our quality check after reaching our facility

Refund timelines:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from receiving the return

For prepaid orders, the amount is refunded to your original payment method

If your payment method does not support refunds (rare), we will offer a bank transfer or store credit

📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Please ensure items are securely packed with:

Original invoice

All tags and packaging

🛠 Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery via your Order Page

Upload clear photos showing the defect and outer packaging

Upon verification, we will:

Ship a replacement at no extra charge, or

Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable

💸 Important Notes
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time

Refunds are not applicable for:

Sale items

Customised or bulk orders

Items not returned in original condition
