📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 0–3 working days from our warehouse in Jaipur.

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Delivery Timeline
We offer pan-India shipping.

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location or courier delays.

📍 Shipping Address
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your address, PIN code, and mobile number are accurate to avoid any delivery delays.

📦 Non-Availability at Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If no one is available to receive the package, it will be returned to us.

Orders returned due to non-availability at the address are not eligible for refunds, repeat fulfilment, or credit notes.

💸 Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

A flat shipping fee of ₹60 is applicable for orders below ₹999.

🛍 Modes of Payment
For shipping within India, we accept:

All major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

UPI, wallets, and net banking via leading banks

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

⚠ Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or remote delivery locations.
